Personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
3. Non-Personalised Items
Where applicable, non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in original condition.
4. Refunds
