1. Personalised Items

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty


2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos as evidence

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


3. Non-Personalised Items

Where applicable, non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in original condition.


4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once items are received and inspected.
