  • Colours and positioning may differ slightly due to printing processes

  • Minor imperfections may occur as part of the production process

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders if incorrect pricing or product information is displayed

  • Refuse orders that are inappropriate, offensive, or unsuitable

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

All payments are processed securely via SumUp.
We do not store or have access to any card or bank details.

7. Personalised Items

For personalised products:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all spelling, names, and details are correct

  • We are not responsible for customer-provided errors

  • Orders may not be cancelled once production has started

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays outside our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order.
